Announcement: New Leadership Roles in People Services

MetroAir Virtual Airlines has announced two significant leadership appointments within its People Services division.

Brandon Godalph has assumed the position of Chief People Officer (CPO), where he will oversee the strategic direction of People Services and work to create an inclusive, supportive environment that enhances pilot engagement and career development opportunities.

Gregory Spivey joined as Human Resources Manager, focusing on day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and member support.

Both leaders will collaborate on filling two additional critical positions: Chief Pilot and Director of Pilot Experience.
