A Message from the CTO

Looking back at 2022, MetroAir underwent significant transformation. It has been a year of major developments including the introduction of logistics operations and new subsidiary airlines.

We welcomed a logistics division to support additional payware aircraft and airports, developed with assistance from Jamie Milton. This expansion targeted growth in the cargo simulation community.

Newaira, our European-focused subsidiary, was established and quickly became MetroAir's second most popular operation. Credit goes to Steve Miller and Chris Geo for developing the airline concept and executing rapid expansion across aircraft, routes, and pilot recruitment.

Following the conclusion of MetroAir's partnership with FlyUK, we launched Prism airline to fill market gaps. The airline's name and livery design reflect the parent company's adaptability, incorporating elements from Makai, Newaira, and MetroAir brands.

I want to acknowledge the contributions of staff members Brandon, Steve, Chris, Louis, Jamie, and Marek, emphasizing their flexibility and innovation. I also want to highlight our pilots as essential community members who transform the website "into a virtual airline" and a collaborative environment.
